About the Role
Lead a shift of 8–12 warehouse colleagues in our bonded Rotterdam facility: inbound, put-away, picking, and value-added services. You own safety, productivity, and quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement on the floor.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years warehouse experience, 1+ year in a leading role
- Reach truck & EPT certified
- Experience with WMS-driven operations
- Hands-on leadership style and strong safety mindset
